| 1. Internship Program |
WETP/WKOP has an internship program for college students which is designed to develop skills needed for future employment in the broadcast industry.

| 2. Career Education Day |
WETP/WKOP's Director of Instructional Television routinely visits high school career day events to discuss with students potential careers in broadcasting, as well as using the time to distribute Public Broadcasting literature. |
| 3. Job Fairs |
Area high school students are offered the oppurtunity to volunteer at WETP/WKOP during the year and are given tours of the facility where upon completion employment opportunities are discussed. |
| 4. On Air Announcements |
On air announcements are broadcast throughout the year recruiting organizations that are interested in receiving information concerning employment oppurtunities. |
